Hatha yoga inspired class that emphasizes connecting your breath, body, and mind. The class is at a slower pace that takes you deep into poses with variations to sort all levels adding flexibility and relaxing the mind. Each class begins with a brief meditation. Pranayama (breathing exercises) are done at the beginning and end of each class. I strive to sprinkle a bit of yoga tradition into each class providing an authentic yoga experience with pranayama, meditation, and asana.

Private sessions can be designed in the style of yoga that you would like. I offer yoga, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra classes. These can be done separately or in a combination that you are looking for.
The yoga classes I offer can be designed for people looking to enhance their overall health. Using asanas (yoga poses) to increase flexibility, core strength, and body awareness. Breathing exercises (pranayama) are threaded through this class connecting you with your breath and the strength that comes with that connection. This class will help speed up your recovery time after workouts, improve your posture, depth, and form, all while relaxing your mind.
